These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.tattoogolf.eu for delivery in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed. We make reservations for typing errors and sold out items.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
www.tattoogolf.dk is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore always shop. However, in very rare cases, we may close the store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available. To shop at www.tattoogolf.dk, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept. However, if you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase. You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can correct the contents of the shopping basket right up to the time of ordering, and you can regularly check the contents and the price of the goods. Any extra payments for e.g. Shipping and debit card fees will first be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay. When you are ready to order, click on "go to checkout" (or equivalent), where you enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number, payment method and choose delivery method. You can change the content of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Approved order and go to payment" button. Then your order goes on to www.tattoogolf.dk If you pay with a debit card, the amount will be deducted from your card when we ship your order.
DELIVERY TIME ORDER BEFORE 14.00 AND YOUR ORDER SHIPPED THE SAME DAY (WEEKDAYS)
Once you have ordered your goods and completed the payment, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail at your stated e-mail address shortly after. We prepare and ship your goods as soon as possible and as far as possible the same day (Monday to Friday)
RECEIPT FOR RECEIPT OF ORDER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been entered into once you have received an invoice from us. This is attached to the email you receive stating that the item has been sent. In addition, it is also shipped with the order when it is packed. The attached invoice in the package must be attached if the item is to be returned.
14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. In the case of several different goods, which are ordered in one order, but delivered individually, or an item delivered in several batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or batch.

When returning, you should make sure that the goods are securely packed. You are responsible for the package / items until we receive it / them. You choose which shipping / packaging company you want to use in connection with the return of your item. (Possibly GLS, Post Nord, DOA etc.) We simply recommend that you send your return package as an insured package, so you have the opportunity to use "Track and Trace", should there be a delay or absence of the package . We do not accept return mail sent to the post office or parcel box. In such cases, it must be expected that the package will be returned to the sender, after which it may be sent again (with delivery). All outlays in such situations are imposed on the sender. Alternatively, return packages can be delivered in our physical store.

When we receive the item, we check it and you get a refund of the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase. The amount is always returned to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. Do you have e.g. paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used at the time of purchase. According to the consumer rule, the amount must be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the item, however, we strive to refund the money immediately after receipt of the returned item / items.
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item is impaired because: you have actually used the product if the label has been removed in whole or in part, or if it is missing, it has been damaged while you were responsible for it, you have handled the product in a different way than was necessary for you to determine the nature of the goods, their characteristics and the way in which they work you have not complied with the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc. If you have used the product in addition to what is necessary to be able to ascertain the product's nature, properties and the way it works, we reserve the right, after a specific assessment in each case, to reduce the refund or allow the refund to lapse completely.

The packaging / wrapping of the item must be handled with care so that we can reuse it - if not, there may be an impairment of the item.
12 MONTHS COMPLAINT - IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE ITEM
Your purchase at Tattoo Golf Europe is covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The right of complaint does not cover when faults, damage or wear and tear occur due to improper use, lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN "REASONABLE TIME"
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible. IN THE EVENT OF A REASONED COMPLAINT, WE REFUND REASONABLE SHIPPING COST
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the item back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all shipping costs, including our shipping costs for returning the item after inspection. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore save postal receipt incl. information about freight costs and possibly track and trace number. Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar, or which must be picked up at the post office. However, you are welcome to hand in your complaint to us at the address.
Our warehouse store is open Mon - Thurs 10.00 - 12.00. Please note that we are closed on all public holidays.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
Purchases of goods on www.tattoogolf.eu are subject to Danish law. Any dispute is decided by the ordinary Danish courts.
CUSTOMS AND VAT
If you order from an EU country, Danish VAT is paid, but no duty according to the rules on the free movement of goods. Items sent from tattoogolf.eu cannot be sent as a gift to countries outside the EU, in an attempt to evade local duties and taxes. If, on the other hand, you order from a country outside the EU, local taxes and duties may be imposed for which we can not be held responsible, but in return Danish VAT will be deducted. If this is the case you will be contacted by the shipping company. Be aware that this can delay the shipment a lot as the goods are being held back in customs. From there, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and pay the additional costs incurred.
You are of course always welcome to contact our Customer Service if you have complaints about an item that you have purchased from us.
